Mrs. Haygood brings over a decade of experience with Marshall County Schools, where she has served since 2011. Throughout her career in education, she has taught a wide range of grade levels—from 1st through 8th grade in all subject areas. Most recently, she served as the ARI Reading Specialist at Douglas Elementary, where she supported literacy growth and instructional excellence.
Driven by a passion for student success, Mrs. Haygood is dedicated to being a positive role model and a supportive presence for both students and staff. Her heart for education and commitment to lifelong learning make her a valuable addition to the DHS leadership team.
